• Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Run of House includes standard guestrooms in the following buildings: Las Brisas and La Marina
• There is no charge for children sixteen (16) years of age and under, sharing the same room as the parents and using existing bedding. There will be an additional charge of forty dollars ($40.00) for the third and forty dollars ($40.00) for the fourth adult seventeen (17) years of age or older in a room. The maximum number of persons per room is four (4).
• Room rates are quoted exclusive of local taxes and fees and assessments, currently 9% room tax, in addition to any and all applicable federal, state, municipal or other taxes, fees, or assessments imposed on or applicable. In Puerto Rico, currently the sales tax rate on goods and services is 11.5% (10.5% Puerto Rico Tax + 1% City Tax).
• Group rate available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after main arrival days subject to the resort’s availability.
The 3 days of pre and post will be subject to availability. The link is to reserve the main dates of the event, if you want to arrive earlier, you must first confirm what the link allows and once you have your reservation confirmed they can RESPOND to the confirmation email and request the pre and post dates, once the hotel receive the email, they will confirm if there is availability.
• Rate includes daily Water Park tickets for 4 adults per room.
RESORT CHARGES & GRATUITIES: In addition to the rates set forth above, all rooms are subject to a daily flat Resort Fee of $50.00 charge and 9% tax (applicable on the room rate and resort fee), per room, per night, that will be posted to all guest rooms to cover the following:
Entrance to Coqui Water Park :: Transportation to and from Palomino Island :: Self-Parking :: Wi-Fi Internet access in public areas and in all guestrooms :: Unlimited local (within Puerto Rico) :: Toll-Free number phone calls :: In-room bottled water.
Service charges will be posted to the Individual Guest Room Portfolio. These charges are subject to change without notice.
Currently the fees are as follows:
Housekeeping*: $3.00 per room, every day. Following COVID 19 Guideline Procedures. Plus, applicable taxes.
Porterage*: $10.00 per person/roundtrip (includes both check-in and check-out). Plus, applicable taxes.
*Housekeeping and Porterage charges will not appear in the guest confirmation, only the resort fee.
Sales Tax: 11.5% (10.5% Puerto Rico Tax + 1% City Tax) (Subject to Change)
Will apply to all food and beverage events, purchases, and services.
